Life & Career Coaching

Career coaching
Vocation comes in many forms, far beyond just that of a traditional job or career. When you’re not sure what’s next for you, coaching can be a great place to start. Discover and lean into your calling, update your resume, and work on interview skills.
Living with Neurodiversity
Managing life and work with ADHD, Executive Dysfunction disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder can be isolating and extremely challenging. Coaching provides a safe space for celebrating successes, providing accountability, and considering new strategies, boundaries, and goals for yourself.

Chronic Illness & Disability
“Disability is the only minority anyone can join, anytime during their life.”
As a member of the Long Covid community myself, I have experienced first-hand how important having understanding support can be. For those with challenging medical bills or reduced income due to illness, ask about the “Pay what you can” program. No one should have to face these challenges alone.
Long Covid & Chronic Illness Career Support Group
A community of people supporting each other can make all the difference in well-being and recovery. This free group is focused on career support, transitions related to chronic illness, how to ask for accommodations, manage energy, and pace throughout your work day. Join now for daily conversation and monthly zoom support calls.

“I met Stephanie at a point of transition – I had started a new job and felt overwhelmed with all the demands of my new role. Stephanie came alongside me with a warmth and a confidence in me that helped me to move forward with purpose and excitement. [This year] I suffered a concussion that severely limited my ability to do the things I once did before. Again, Stephanie came along side of me, asked me insightful questions, and helped me to find peace and purpose as I had to take a step back from a lot of things I once did so that I could reclaim my health and be present for the things that mattered most. Stephanie is kind, thoughtful, experienced, and creative, all characteristics that she leverages to provide meaningful coaching.”

“I was very fortunate to have a session with Stephanie as I was contemplating some upcoming events and changes in my life. She listened to my concerns and was able to identify exactly what I was struggling with. She offered me some very good ideas on centering myself and getting clear with my intentions. I felt such a relief at the end of the session. I’m very much looking forward to working with her again.”
